I took a recommendation from a neighbor to call Petraccione & Sons. They gave me an appointment time right away for 3 days later. On that day, it was snowing and my expectations were low as they are located 30 minutes away. Trent called ahead to say he was coming and asked for a specific model so he could anticipate the problem and pick up parts on the way.
He showed up with the best attitude. He didn’t just fix the specific issue and leave. He found and showed me a couple of other related issues that were definitely valid and fixed them as well.
