I have had my hair cut by Eric a couple of times and I have always been happy with the results, I recently had my hair colored. This is the first time I have had coloring done professionally. I was very pleased, my hair color is what I wanted and my hair is shining. When I walk in I am treated very professionally, the salon is very clean and organized. Everyone is very pleasant. So glad I took my sister in laws advice to go here.
I have been coming to Eric at Hair Design by Ralph for just about a year and half now to get my hair styled, and I always leave feeling happy and confident. Eric is very attentive and very personal, and I have come to consider him my friend as well as my neighbor. I boxed dyed my hair terribly and he has been helping me recover from the damage I've done to my hair. I just went in today to get my hair trimmed and styled and I am always more than happy with my results. Thank you!!!
Before moving to FL I have been a loyal client for 30 years with Ralf. I have had my hair cut and colored by Ralf, Anita and Eric. They are the epitome of professionalism. It is rare to find a consistently excellent salon over this many years. I highly recommend this salon in Schenectady; it is warm, friendly and they know what they are doing. I will still have appointments with them while I am in the area.
