“I decided to keep my fathers house when he passed away, but I wanted to renovate the entire house. I was downsizing and needed to make the smaller house a little more functional for my lifestyle and update to my taste.

Marianne was recommended to me by a friend. From our first meeting, I knew she got me! We worked together to come up with the new floor plan, and after that the fun part of picking out all of the new tiles, cabinets, lights….. She made that both easy and hard. Easy because she came up with a lot of great choices, and hard because there were so many good choices!
Even when I threw her a few curve balls, she was able to pivot quickly and redo designs to meet my new requests.
Though I had some friends that work in construction, I decided to go with her contractor for the majority of the work. I was skeptical at first hearing about all the problems people have with big renovations and the contractors, but boy was I glad I went with them. Heath from Accustruct, LLC- best company I’ve ever worked with!

I was very lucky and didn’t have any real hiccups during the main renovation. However, I did add on a screen room after we were just about done with the work. All the luck I had in the major renovation definitely did not continue into the screen room. However, Heath and Marianne worked together to solve most of the problems.

As I received the recommendation for Marianne from a friend, I would carry on that recommendation to anyone who needs a designer that is not just good at her work, but is easy to work with. I would use her again if I ever decided to do another house renovation. We all worked together so good, that I miss them now that the project is done!“
