Kim is the best massage therapist in the Capital District. She is friendly, knowledgeable, makes you feel at ease, and personable. I saw Kim years ago and due to my schedule was not able to see her again until recently. I was thrilled she was still in the area and still working as a massage therapist. She finds my trigger points, and trigger points I did not think I had, and has brought me great relief. One time she was able to release one of my shoulder muscles so my shoulder which was raised was lying flat on her table when she was done. This is just one example of the many ways Kim has brought relief to my sore and aching muscles. Thank you Kim for being such a great massage therapist and friend.
