I chose Rob based on the positive reviews but I'm very disappointed with the work he did. He installed a french door my dining room and the doors don't close. The side trim was never cut and so it's blocking part of my light switch. Now I have to hire another general contractor to fix it.Rob also replaced some bedroom doors and didn't put shims in the lower part of the door and the door wobbles and doesn't close properly. I reached out to Rob a couple of times, then he stopped responding. I don't like to post anything this negative, but I paid money for quality work but didn't deliver on it.

I contacted Robert from Graham Home Repairs on multiple occasions for an estimate and hopefully future work on numerous projects around my house. He no showed no called on two occasions 11/5/22 and 11/6/22. No apology and never heard back. Left him one last voicemail last week to try and get something going.I guess his time is more valuable than a potential new customers. It’s a shame, people seem to like his work based on his reviews.

Did not complete 3 of the projects on the list agreed to and the flooring he and his wife Installed did not even have mitered corners. Had to hire someone else to correct his work.Service: General repairs
