Longer pedicure would have been nice. The stones was a nice touch, but could have been Longer. The staff should learn to regulate the water and the nail water was two cold. We're going to try them again!!

Not that impressed with the service I received the last couple of times I went. The woman rushed doing my gel pedicure and didn’t get close to the edges. My ANC manicure was done by another young woman and the shape of my nails were uneven. I recommend making an appointment. You may receive different service if you walk-in. If you get your nails done here, speak up if you see any issues because they’ll keep on. On the positive note, The staff are friendly, salon is clean and the prices a good. Some techs really get into that foot massage, just saying! Oh, and it’s 5 percent off of you pay with cash!!!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel that something needs to be mentioned. I've been a client at Bella's for a while, and I've observed that some of the new nail techs don't seem to care about how your nails look. Every time I have a gel pedicure, manicure, or ANC, my nails are never even and I am always left with these streak lines. Even if you indicate that something appears uneven or incorrect, they will say otherwise. I did appreciate the nail tech to fix my pedicure but I wish she would have fixed it properly where it had even gel polish. If you're going to spend all that money at a nail salon, I think it should at least look good/neat.... read full review
