Donye and Will B installed our new hot water tank and cleaned our ducts today. They were punctual and professional. They walked us through everything we needed to know about the new tank and kept the house clean. We appreciate all your hard work. We have been using Adams services for years (they also installed our A/C about 5 years ago), Adams is always our first choice for HVAC, and Tom has been doing an awesome job keeping our AC running like new.

We have an elderly neighbor who was having difficulties reaching Adams and called me this morning asking about Adams. I told her we were expecting maintenance today and she asked if I would send their rep over to help her. Austin arrived and we explained the situation and he immediately offered to go next door to see if he could be of assistance. He gave her a couple phone numbers to reach Adams and then came back to work on our boiler. When he was finished, a supervisor came by and Austin explained the situation next door and the supervisor went over and assisted our neighbor! Talk about Good PR!!!
