Was brought here by a friend for a pedicure. I was told by "Suzy" three times that my feet were dry and would I like a "special" pedicure? I politely replied: no thank you three times. Then Suzy said my callouses were bad and would I like a "special" pedicure? No thank you, just a regular pedicure. Then she showed me my chosen pink color on two of my toes and said "too light, would I like a darker color?" Ah, ok sure whatever.. If I could give a negative star I would. The WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I came in with an appointment and the owner rudely said he didn’t see my name so clearly I didn’t have an appointment. All of the other nail technicians were gawking at me… I should have just left at that point. After some back and forth I was seated for what was supposed to be a gel nail removal. They had no idea how to remove soft gel (uh, it’s the most basic removal). The technician took out an electric file, and I told her just use a regular emery board. I had to explain to her how to use the acetone and foil. Instead of waiting 10-15 min she decided to give the nails only 2-5... read full review

They are nice people when you enter there but after the manicure or pedicure comes the money part. Tips should be welcome as you are already paying for the service of manicure but no, if you don't leave 20% at least they look down on you and the worst part they keep taking in Korean. There is signs to turn you phone down and keep quiet but they can spend the entire session taking in Korean. Specially when the tip is not 20%. The nails are not even that nice, just the day you make them, the next day all cutícula are appearing. Honestly them seems nice but there are not. Who is when they talk about you on your back?
