My wife and I recently purchased a home with beautiful original wood floors. Unfortunately, the previous owners dog had done a number on them with scratches everywhere. Donald and his team did a fantastic job bringing the floor back to life! Donald was also ver helpful when picking colors to match the antique banister to our staircase. They also did a magnificent job doing meticulous touch ups on said banister to really bring out the original stain and alsoeliminating imperfections caused over time. I highly recommend Donald and his team and will be using them moving forward!!

From start to finish, their service was truly exceptional.The team at demonstrated professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. Donald and his team did a fantastic job restoring my hardwood floors. The transformation is really unbelievable. Their estimate was fair, they complied with all the rules of my co-op, and finished earlier than expected. In addition, they left my apartment in excellent shape. If you've restored floors in the past, you know the dust can be pretty intense. They sealed any rooms that wouldn't be finished, i.e. Bathroom, Kitchen, and even sealed the inside of the hallway door to avoid fumes from traveling to neighboring apartments. I highly recommend Personal Touch Wood Floors.
