I had been a loyal customer at Cozy Nails and always got excellent spa pedicures from Kim, but she was nothing and I had a spa pedicure in which my left leg was accidentally cut and bled for some time, but it was carefully cleaned and I paid for the pedicure and tipped the person who gave the pedicure. Unfortunately the scratch was deeper than thought and when I was able to go out after having a complicated hip replacement and stopped by to show that I still had a scab where I was cut, and said that in view of the injury I thought I should get a discount on my next pedicure.
