My husband and I really enjoyed working with Neal and the Carpet Gallery team. Neal was knowledgeable, extremely fair, and also hilarious! He helped us pick the perfect runner for our stairs. It was installed within days, and the crew that did the installation was prompt and professional. Bonus points for the adorable pups, Ginny & Sophie, who are wonderful greeters at the store.

I can't praise Carpet Gallery enough. There was a problem with their initial installation of our wall-to-wall wool carpet, but the owner sent over another team of experts and they fixed the problem perfectly. The owner expressed to me that he was a perfectionist and wouldn't be satisfied until we were pleased with their work. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service, the quality and variety of their carpets, and their desire to please customers like us. It's rare to find a company with service this good!
