I requested winter themed French nails with cute frogs. I was very specific and got laughed at. I showed reference pictures and still couldn't get the exact result. I'm not gonna lie the nail tech who did the snowflake nailed it (pun intended) however, I'm not sure if its the language barrier but they rushed the frog and ended the main art design I wanted which left me disappointed. I'm not gonna deny they have amazing hospitality but they don't take tap and you have to venmo tip if you don't have cash. I wanted to tip the nail artist instead cuz she did the hardest part. after going to soo many salons and having horrible experiences left and right it felt like there was no hope. till w co worker of mine told me about this place. NEVER HAVE I EVER felt soo comfortable in a nail salon. Frankie did both my toes and fill in..and let me tell you HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. he was so gentle (every other person had burned or nicked me with the drill in the past) he was soo polite and you can tell he is very passionate about his work. i was asking for 5 different colors. one on each nail. and he told me he wanted me to pick each color and what nail it goes on. most wins gave me whatever looked like the picture. overall Frankie truly made my experience soo heartfelt and i will 1000000000% be back!

Justin & Kevin are great, Justin takes his time with you. Never feels rushed. I would definitely schedule an appointment before going. Walk ins are hard to fit in since they are very busy. Love it!!
