Kristy has helped me manage and overcome a number of sports/running related injuries, most notably piriformis syndrome which haunted me for 2 years or so. I always leave there in better condition than I entered and laughing from the great conversation as well. Highly recommended for athletes.
Kristy is an absolute miracle worker. In one visit she already surpassed where a multitude of practitioners failed. Thought I was destined for a total shoulder replacement, but Kristy has saved me.
