“I ordered flowers a week in advance of my sister in laws birthday and in error they were delivered the day I ordered them instead of on her birthday a week later. I called and spoke to Darlene and she felt so bad and said I will deliver another bouquet on her birthday no charge. I never expected that and she said no, it was our mistake.
