Absolutely phenomenal! We used their services through the summer while our maintenance employee was out on disability. Thunderbird worked with our schedule, met all of our needs, had excellent communication, and showed up every time. We paid double for a previous service from a more well-known company in the past that was horrific -- I wish we would have found Thunderbird first!Sherry and Theo take pride in knowing their customers and doing a great job. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them and we will ONLY be using Thunderbird in the future.

My kids have been going to High Kick for about 3-4 years now and they absolutely love it. Master Peter and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are very patient with the students and most of all caring. The kids love attending the summer camp every year and have so much fun. Master Peter really does a phenomenal job. Was there a few years ago for glasses for reading and driving glasses. This establishment came highly recommended. Dr. Grasso was very thorough with my eye exam, but when it came to picking out frames I picked out 2 of what I thought was the less expensive frames.Turned out the 2 pairs of glasses had a total cost of $1,100 (all inclusive), but the frames weren't even designer. One pair was constantly slipping off and digging into my nose and after 3 times of trying to adjust them I realized that the frame was defective. No one but me noticed this? I was offered another frame but they did not have the same color as I had which was disappointing. The woman there gave me hard cover DKNY cases leading me to believe that this was the brand I bought, but it wasn't. I had to ask for a copy of my prescription twice before it was given to me and didn't return. Never received a follow up card for appt. after that. Although I thought the exam was excellent and the lenses were right on point, I was disappointed with the customer service transparency and follow up (or lack of).

She altered my daughter’s wedding dress to perfection and on my mother of the bride dress her skill was really evident as she had to do a lot of detailed work to the lace. It all came out great! Not only is her work of the highest quality but her customer service is unmatched.
This was my first time going to this salon. I had to make an appointment a couple of weeks out because I wanted to have Ralf do my hair. He was great. It’s really that simple, he knows what he’s doing and makes sure you know what he’s doing. The staff were all very nice and attentive. If you’re looking for a new hairdresser you can’t go wrong coming here.

Eli is a most competent and experienced barber. He is the only person I will let cut my hair and it's been that way since my first haircut from him almost 6 years ago. From my wedding to work to date nights with the wife - the man always keeps me fresh to death!

Today my girls celebrated their 11th birthday with 6 friends getting their nails done at Sammis! They were extremely accommodating and even spoiled the birthday girls with a surprise. On top of great service and friendly conversations, their pricing is extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

My appointment was made, at Oliver West, to learn makeup application for day and for a subtle evening change. Stephanie was so helpful! She made it easy and explained how to use makeup I already had and made suggestions for things to acquire and where to buy them. She also taught me how good skin care products make a big difference in application of makeup and what to look for and buy. Stephanie has done my makeup for special occasions for years but, I asked if she could teach me basics I could use everyday. I’m so glad I asked!

I have had microblading done in the past, where I paid more, and was not as happy with the results. Richard Victor is a talented artist. His work is meticulous and the results beautiful. He is kind and patient, and he truly listens to what you want. He offers advice and takes his time. He is gentle and I did not experience any uncomfortable side effects during or after my procedure. You do not feel rushed and you will know that he truly cares and wants you to be happy with the results. His business partner, Matt, was extremely conscientious. He kept in constant touch with me to make my appointments and to check on my progress. I recommend this salon with a great deal of enthusiasm! The best!

Dr. Stein is excellent at his job. I injured my upper back and was experiencing symptoms for over a month. Within 3 treatments I was back to 100%. Dr. Stein tailors his treatment to each patient. He is highly attentive and really wants to help.
Marisa is a wonderful practitioner. I too work in the healing arts, so I tend to be picky about who I let treat me, but I am so glad I had a session with her. She is very intentional in her treatment style, really looking at what your body needs and adjusting the treatment to that need.
