I have a confession. I wasn't entirely sure about this place before I went in for my first cut. I'd seen a couple of guys come out of Union Shave with similar looking haircuts. The haircuts looked fine but not my style.
After reading the reviews of Union Shave, and Tyson in particular, I decided to give them a shot. And I'm glad I did!
I have a hard time explaining how I like my hair cut. The last haircut I got was not great. I tried my best to explain to Tyson what I like and what was wrong with my last cut. He made it clear he understood and explained what he was doing throughout the cut to illustrate that he understood.
This shop is everything you want in a great barber shop. The vibe, the music, the cross talk. As a barber of 15 years myself I sit and watch as these guys do what they love. All different people with different styles and techniques. All providing the same outcome. A great service and a great experience. Davin hooked me up with a banger skin fade and beard trim. His craftsmanship and knowledge is what you want to see in a great barber.
