For anyone trying to work through struggles with their relationship with food, Ellenora offers an amazing tool that is hard to even put into words! I don't often treat myself to massages but after too many long zoom meetings, my neck was in such pain and I desperately needed help to relax. Elleanora at Moon & Mind Bodywork was exactly what I needed. She was so caring and lovely. She instantly made me feel calm and relaxed.
