Had a minor networking issue and called them to see if they were available to come out to quickly replace a jack on an Ethernet cable for my business. Had they helped, they would have been hired for a much larger networking job for a company that I own. Instead of just telling me that they were booked, they tried to fleece me by quoting $95/hour with a two hour minimum on labor, driving from 5 minutes away and supplying a $5 part for a job that would've taken ten minutes at best. I would never hire these people and am going with an ethical networking company who doesn't try to fleece potential clients.

I contacted MCS hoping they could assist on a hardware networking issue for a client and they immediately responded with an appointment early the next day and onsite they solved the problem and made further recommendations to replace unresponsive WIFI card. Knowledgeable, talented and friendly group who can do anything (software/hardware) with Macs or PC's. Fast response, reasonable pricing and home visits possible. Unparalleled services related to security. Highly recommended.
