My wife and I looked for a contractor to replace four windows, the wood siding and add insulation to the second floor of the front of our house. We wanted a quality job, we didn’t look for the cheapest contractor. The house is about 130 years old and nothing is level, plumb or square. Brian came to do the estimate. He listened to our concerns and gave us suggestions which we agreed to.Jason came before the work started to make sure all of the supplies were delivered. Brian Hommel Home Improvements has completed three projects for us in the last two years: a deck, a patio, and a walkway. In each instance the people who came to work at our home were timely, neat, polite, professional, personable and completed the projects beautifully. We have had many compliments on the work that has been done. The contracts are always clearly written, define the work, and are reasonable in cost for the work performed.
