Zoe has been my hairstylist since December 2024 and have come to her for hair services 3 times so far every 4 weeks. Zoe is an excellent stylist knows the trade, and listens to her clients as to what is happening with your hair and how you want it to be colored and or styled. She will offer suggestions when asked or needed. She is very thorough with the service, and not feel rushed or work on 2 customers at same time. The salon is relaxing and enjoy spending the time at the Salon.
I had a wonderful shopping experience recently at store #1120. I was looking for a new organic concealer and really did my homework before going into the store. However, this clean beauty concealer is not like the other brands where you can test them out before purchasing. So I was baffled as to what shade closely matched my skin, Tianna & Katey to the rescue! They both were super professional and had great personalities. They were able to figure out my concealer shade and were spot on with their decision. Above all, these two employees made me feel like a valued customer. I will be returning to this Ulta store in the near future all thanks to Tianna and Katey!!!
Had an appointment with Alexis and she did my brows proud! I'm more of a natural makeup girl and she took that into consideration by keeping my look modest but fabulous. She made sure I was happy with the experience and offered helpful tips and tricks. I'll definitely be back! Very kind and helpful and my brows were just what I wanted, 5 stars!
