Both Lauren, her colleague, and I are unsure why this happened, as I followed the precautions stated by Lauren. I don’t feel it is Lauren’s fault, as I have seen numerous photos of her results with lash lifts. When I went to her regarding my unhappiness, Lauren was extremely accommodating and handled the matter respectfully and promptly. I truly do appreciate this. I would recommend Lauren for any service to anyone.“
