Even though I had a scheduled appointment I left after a hour sitting in the waiting room by myself. The receptionist provided no information as to why the wait time was so long or how much longer I would have to wait. I walked out after a hour and will not return. I really cannot say enough about Family Vision. Their staff is knowledgeable, super friendly and truly care about patients. Their doctors give a thorough exam and take the time to ask the right questions to get to the root of what’s going on.
I struggled recently with seeing my computer screen clearly. Susan and Dee made sure that I had the right prescription and lenses for a special pair of computer glasses. These glasses have made a world of difference for me. It doesn’t hurt that the frames are really cute either!
