I've been going to Citinails for over 5 years. I feel like family when ever I enter by the manager Christine and her staff. She is full of friendly energy and always there to help me with deciding what colors look best. Anna is by far the most professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly friendly manicurist to ever do my nails. She has a very gentle touch and always makes my nails look beautiful. The salon has a welcoming atmosphere and is always very clean. They use sterilized tools and personal area clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are always stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated. Walked in yesterday for ANC and got Ethan. I have rheumatoid arthritis and am a hairdresser so my hands r difficult and he did an amazing job! He was very gentle. We had a nice conversation about family and up coming trips. I rebooked with him so my nails look great for both my kids college and grad school graduations coming in May. I have gone to City nail for years and my daughter as well.. she asks for intricate designs and is never disappointed. Their prices are more than fair...I know many places that charge much more in NJ and RI...The manager is efficient and organized and I have always had pleasant conversations with her. I have had my last 4 sets with them are they pricey? Yes! But I always ask for a design and shape and they do so well I also took my aunt with me who has Down syndrome and they did amazing with her! I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad when I go the place is full! They also set a timer on pedicure massages and don't short you at all. I've tried out local shops with 5 starts and think this place is much better but they do discount with cash!
