Chris is an absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, friendly & thorough home inspector. It was my First time buying a house in many years. Chris was very patient answering my questions and really took the time helping my and advising me for things I may need down the road. I would recommend him 100%.
Chris got us scheduled immediately, (called yesterday, and came today!) He was very thorough during our mold assessment, and didn’t leave us with any questions! He didn’t rush, and definitely is very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help us! Can’t thank you enough! Highly recommend using Chris for your assessments!!
