I'm writing to highly recommend Chris Iula, who did our home inspection, radon test, and water test recently, in East Chatham, NY. He was recommended to us by our realtor, and we have nothing but good things to say about him. We felt that he was extremely reasonably priced, to start with. He was very transparent about his pricing policy and contacted us the day before the inspection to explain everything in great detail.
