Body Electric is a cozy space located right on Broadway in bustling Saratoga Springs. Hilary is exceptionally an talented Pilates Instructor with a real gift for noticing areas that need work and adjusting as needed. I always feel like my spine has been reset after one of her classes. highly recommended!!
