I went to Lauren for a lash lift. Unfortunately, my lash lift did not hold on one of my eyes. Both Lauren, her colleague, and I are unsure why this happened, as I followed the precautions stated by Lauren. I don’t feel it is Lauren’s fault, as I have seen numerous photos of her results with lash lifts. When I went to her regarding my unhappiness, Lauren was extremely accommodating and handled the matter respectfully and promptly. I truly do appreciate this. I would recommend Lauren for any service to anyone.
Serenity Salon is a little piece of heaven in downtown Saratoga. Located just off Broadway on a quiet side street with a convenient free parking lot located right across the street! Walking into this clean and bright salon, there is always wonderful calm music playing and the atmosphere is peaceful and friendly. Robin is a wonderful, talented stylist and I have never been disappointed with my color or haircut. I look forward to each and every appointment and will keep returning to this little piece of heaven!
I would give 10 stars if I could. I have the best hair I ever had, the color has stayed bright for evverrr. Move aside balayage - their technique is superior. They are such sweethearts. They are super talented and will spend time explaining all the things. They have a little bit of a boutique as well in the front. The prices are great too!

Had a phenomenal haircut here with Sam. Super detailed and professional and quick too! They gave me a cup of coffee when I walked in and I was out of there in 15 minutes with a great haircut. Certified barbers very clean I could tell by the way they had their tools set up scissors, etc. James was my barber. I asked him what he thought I went with it. Best haircut shave I've had in New York. I'm 60 years old. I have a shave and a haircut every month for the last 30 years From Florida to upstate New York price price was half the what I thought it would be. I felt like a million bucks and very confident when I walked out of there and it's nice not walking into a barbershop where all the guys think they're gangsters they're all wannabes and ask you what number you want What what number? That right there just shows inexperience on the part of the owners. If I wanted a haircut with a trimmer, I'd have my blind grandfather do it ! Trendsetters very professional and you can tell and see the talent that there. Also, I called late on Saturday afternoon and they fit me in in the owner stayed late and waited for me. James should be very proud to have a team like his and it's nice to see an actual barbershop. Tell your friends.

Ok, so I came on here to book another appointment but NEEDED to leave a review. I rarely write reviews unless I've had an exceptional experience. I DID! The entire staff was so friendly, made me feel very comfortable, and Tiffany who did my nails was next level AMAZING. My nails turned out better than I've ever gotten them done elsewhere. She did a medium length square tip, French with light pink and they turned out better than I could have imagined. I don't know what superhero strength supplies they use but they're also by far the strongest nails I've ever had. I have moved, including tearing open boxes, unpacking, installing furniture, etc, I have gardened, I have cooked, I have cleaned, I have done everything under the sun and not-with-care, I am a habitual picker, and yet my nails are still perfect. I did finally break one off but only because I pinched it in my washing machine door. Otherwise, they're all in excellent shape still. For nails to last almost 3 weeks, probably more (I'd guess if I cared better for them, they'd last a month or more), makes me very happy. My pedicure also lasted far longer than I expected, but I walk barefoot everywhere and was at the lake swimming/hiking/camping all week so they need a refresh. But still, very impressed. I will literally be telling everyone to go here and I will never go anywhere else! SUPER happy customer! Thank you ProNails!

I booked a lash lift and tint with Natalie. She did a fantastic job. I went on vacation and was in and out of salt water and they held up beautifully! She was very kind, professional and checks in as she goes to make sure you’re comfortable and that your lashes are prepared to your preferences- more or less curly and what color you want your tint. Would recommend!

I did the Brazilian keratin treatment. It is a long process but Courtney and I were able to have wonderful conversation for the 3 1/2 hours that it took. The owner checked on us several times. I also get my hair colored there every 4 weeks. It is a great place to have your hair done. It is clean and everyone is very friendly. There is also great parking!

Highly recommend Spa Cascada! Myself and my 2 daughters have been seeing Stephanie there for years for various services. Recently my teen has been struggling with acne and we've had great success following Stephanie's recommendation to use their facial care line Nelly Devuyst. The whole place is phenomenal honestly!! I work for a summer camp hosted in Saratoga, and this year a group of us wanted to get tattoos on the last day which was Saturday. I messaged the shop page first on a Wednesday afternoon, and by Thursday afternoon Jake had us all booked and already started on each of our designs. Jake is super professional and cool as hell at the same time. The entire shop was spotless clean and everyone working there was amazing. This was an awesome experience for us and I can’t wait to go back and do it again!
We went in for a random tattoo idea, and they were 100% honest with us that our original idea was not gonna work (thankfully!)! They crafted up a new idea within our budget, we absolutely loved it! they were great to work with and the atmosphere was just perfect! Excellent service from this crew. They installed a new water heater for us, which turned out to be defective. We called about the problem and a crew member came out the same day. We had a replacement installed a day later, no fuss, no drama. Very professional and efficient. We now have a new favorite plumber.

We had Jim Cappola come a few months ago to fix a very frustrating & unusual electrical issue that we put up with for over a year. Certain lights in our home would just decide to go out whenever they had a mind to & come back on months later, or weeks.....we just never knew when it would go out, how long it would go out, stay out or come back on. Just crazy insane! Drove us nuts; that is until Jim came. He was professional, personable, determined, committed & fair. He returned my husbands call quickly & was here in no time & he was on time. He tried many things, but to cut to the chase: HE FIXED IT & WE'VE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE SINCE! This guy is fantastic. You can't go wrong with Jim Cappola. Who knew that J & R Floor Covering does way more than just floors?! One day I was admiring the facelift our neighbor had done on his house. I asked him who did it for him because we loved how it turned out. That's how we found out that not only do J & R do floors, but they are also excellent renovation contractors! Ralph sent his designer over and she helped us pick out lighting fixtures, new garage doors, colors, etc. Ralph and Joe installed new shutters, replaced our rotted front step, jacked up our porch roof and installed footers under the porch (which the builder had failed to do!). They wrapped our outdated support posts, painted the front door to match the new shutters, installed a new side door to the garage, all new locksets, detail painting and repairs, six new light fixtures, beautiful new overhead doors in the garage, the works! The place looks like new! And they were so kind, considerate, professional and speedy, with great attention to every little detail. We couldn't be happier with the results!!

I've has my second procedure with Dr. John and I couldn't be happier. I struggle with very high dental anxiety from some experiences when I was younger. He had put alot of that at ease. Dr. John takes the time to explain so you always have a reasonable expectation of what's going to happen. He is very personable and easy to talk to. There has never been any judgment just caring. I can't say enough about Eva she is very good at supporting the patient and the doctor while he performs the procedure. The rest of the staff is also very understanding and comforting. I would recommend Dr. John and his staff to anyone.

Hi…so my grandma had a dog named cinnamon…cinnamon would come over to my house on the weekends when we moved out of my grandma and grandpas house…my grandma has taken her dogs to this vet.for years…even though her dog moved in with me and became my dog me and my mom still take cinnamon to the same vet…we try and take my dog when my grandmas working as an assistant there bc my dog will refuse to go in unless my grandmas there…today march 27 of 2024 she has a major surgery..she got some of her teeth removed and her nails clipped and a lump on her leg removed for a biopsy…my grandma picked me and my dog up at 8:00 AM and my grandma brought my dog in the vet I stayed in the car bc if I have anxiety and my dog can sense it…the surgery lasted a couple hours I’m pretty sure…I was a little mad tho bc my grandma said to call them at 3:00 to see how cinnamon is and then go and pick her up…we called and Karen answered the phone she said my grandma was there and was gonna bring her mom they didn’t call to tell us or anything…so we didn’t know…and they new that me and my mom were gonna pick up my dog but they still called my grandma and my grandma wasn’t expecting it either she said…so that’s the only reason I’m a little mad and I guess u could say I was frustrated…but it’s whatever besides that I love the vet there great with my dog I love em…they were also very supportive when I had to put my cat down on 2/19/2024…Colin hugged me and Karen did the foot prints and nose print and patty explained what she was doing with the shots so that I knew when to say goodbye . ?
I have nothing but good things to say about Rood and Riddle. The vet (Dr. Messak) who came to the stable where I keep my horse was very knowledgeable, as one would expect from Rood and Riddle. My horse is an older gentleman, and she listened when I told her he did not handle sedation well, and gave him just the right amount. She did an excellent job on the procedures he needed (teeth float, etc) and she prescribed medication for the arthritis in his hind legs. She was very patient and answered all my nutrition questions for an older horse. The staff is also VERY friendly and arranged a quick appointment for him, and the staff member who handles the follow up prescriptions was extremely efficient and went above and beyond to make sure he gets his meds and is comfortable. Thank you!

Dr. Ryan and the entire staff here are absolutely incredible!! I’ve been bringing my dog Stella here since I adopted her and have made going to the vet as positive an experience as it could be for a nervous rescue pup! Dr. Ryan went above and beyond treating Stella’s heartworm last year and I am so happy to see that there are two new vets at the practice! We just saw Dr. Piel for the first time and she was just as kind and patient!!
I took my Bunjamin here to be established and I am SO glad I did. Dr. Lucas and her technician were knowledgeable, very experienced, and so delicate with my bun! Bunjamin and I are thrilled to have her as his exotic vet! I would recommend taking your pet here!
Highly recommend Dirty Dogs By Liz Grooming! We have been using this groomer every 6 weeks for years after moving from NYC. My dog Bella is a Pomeranian Mix with lots of hair! She always comes out looking wonderful! You can tell Liz really love animals and is very talented with all types of grooming techniques and styles. We just added a Mini Goldendoodle to our family and immediately brought him to Liz! This breed tends to get matted hair very easily, so we are working on keeping him brushed, getting him use to the grooming in general and scheduling every 4/6 week visits to keep his hair beautiful. The shop is clean inside and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Wonderful communication always start to finish. I never have to worry about my animals leaving them there for their haircuts. I Definitely recommend for anyone who is in the market for a new groomer!
Emily is the best. She is excellent with regard to her skills as a groomer. My dog loves going to the groomer.
Megan, at Glamour Paws has been my groomer for several years. Before Megan my two small timid pups were terrified to go to the Vets or Groomer’s. Once we met Megan it was like night and day. She’s very gentle, soft spoken and kind, after one visit my pups were no longer anxious or afraid. I have a new puppy now and Megan is a wonderful with her. She’s a great groomer, my pups never looked better. I recommend her highly.
As someone new to the yoga game, I greatly enjoyed my warm Yin yoga class with Amy D. She did a great job explaining what the poses are doing for our bodies and why Yin yoga is very beneficial. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and I left feeling lighter and refreshed. I plan to incorporate this in to my wellness routine and look forward to returning for another class with Amy.

Hilary is exceptionally an talented Pilates Instructor with a real gift for noticing areas that need work and adjusting as needed. I always feel like my spine has been reset after one of her classes. highly recommended!!
