Jim walked me through the process as he removed the laptop's bottom panel and explained exactly what the problem was (the fan wasn't working properly). I'm only in town for a few days, so I didn't have time for Jim to order a new fan for me, but he was incredibly professional and set my mind at ease. I can't recommend Onsite Computer Service enough!
