Missed timeframes, work going over budget, lack of communication, etc. This was the complete opposite experience from beginning to end. Vinny gave us the most detailed and realistic quote out of the 4 contractors we had give estimates on our Basement project. Work started and finished within the initial timeframe he gave us, and stayed within the estimate budget he set for us. Honest and upfront all the way through.His operations manager Heather is an absolute gem. She updated us daily on what to expect for the next day, who would be coming, and when they would be there. She helped us on timeframes for items we needed to pick out and helped guide our decisions with her knowledge of current trends and work they have done on other homes recently.Our project manager George was on site several days a week to ensure the job was progressing at a high level and in a timely fashion. He went out of his way on several occasions to pick up necessary items to make sure the work got done that day and kept the project on schedule. George and Vinny were also was extremely accommodating when we asked them to add an additional project in our home midway through and found a way to fit it in the schedule with no issues at all.Dan, Ray, and Anthony all did excellent work with the built-ins, cabinetry, and tile work. They took our input and worked with us to deliver exactly what we had envisioned.Simply put, we will never be looking for another contractor for any of our home projects going forward. We needed to convert a tub to a shower and had a great experience working with Gary and his subcontractors from Kentstruction. At the outset, this job was a worry for us due to our lack of knowledge, but Gary's professionalism gave us a sense of confidence from the very beginning. When Gary came on-site and began putting things together, our concerns fell away. In addition, Gary gave us an estimate of completion time at the start of our project, and he met that time frame. With the time and expertise he took at each stage and looking at our freshly finished bathroom, we are truly grateful to have had him and his team upgrade our home.

“My wife and I hired Fusco Interiors for our main bathroom, mud room and hallways. They came highly recommended on an Internet search and I totally agree with the reviewers' assessments. I looked at a large sampling of all reviews. When I called, their receptionist was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We received both emails and phone calls to verify the start date and time and we discussed various paint colors based on photos we were requested to send.

Mario and William ("Painters") arrived on time and came well-prepared. They placed floor tarps and plastic sheets to protect the floors, windows, doors and hardware. When the painting was completed, there wasn't a speck of paint nor plaster anywhere due to the painters' care and attention to detail, plus respect as if our home was theirs. We keep an immaculate house and the painters left the house as clean as when they arrived. The difference was a beautiful, fresh paint job, smooth walls including sharp corners.

The painters' skill and craftsmanship were easily evident and the care they exhibited was much appreciated. They didn't rush their work and answered our inquiries with full and concise explanations.
