I've been calling Lenny (owner) of Modern Methods over the past decade or so to exterminate my residential property. Recently I've had an issue with carpenter ants within the railroad ties that are what holds up my flower beds in the front of my house. Lenny has been diligent with resolving the issue in a timely manner and follows up to make sure problems are resolved. I highly recommend Modern Methods. Lenny's wife Karen, takes all information over the phone and is great with scheduling appointments to accommodate their clients. Thank you Lenny & Karen for responding quickly to my request for an extermination of my residential home due to carpenter ants As always, Lenny took the time to exterminate the indoor/outdoor of my home listening to my concerns & doing a thorough job. When I was outside today in driveway, not one single ant was crawling around. Lenny uses the serious stuff to get rid of the bugs quick. I didn't realize I had a yellow jacket situation inside a tree stump and Lenny brought it to my attention and sprayed down the tree stump.
