Avoid them. Not good work. They also did my weekly but kept trying to charge me for weeks they didn't come. Even when they admitted this, they still didn't take the weeks off the bill. And then they did it again. I never got a straight bill. They called me a weasel for pointing this all out. And then one of their guys spilled gas on my deck out of his blower. They called me a liar and didn't do anything to clean or help. I sent them pictures. Eventually they agreed to take some money off my bill. Terrible experience.

Worst customer service my father has been trying to contact them by phone and emails for over a year with just a question to work done and not even so much as a I'll get back to you. Doesnt stand behind his work once he has your money they ignore any questions or concerns. And to make it worst we are friends of his cousin so if he'll ignore us just what do you think he'll do to you. Pass on LongoService: Stonemasonry

Called them waited 2 weeks for an appointment. Someone comes out i explain what work i want done and he states there is a $500 design charge. I agree. He states the measurements need to be done and he will do them and get an estimate to me. I am waiting for him to do measurements and he walks to his pickup truck and drives off. I tried calling his cell phone and the phone and no answer. I tried texting him and no answer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I WILL BE FORMALLY WRITING A COMPALINT TO BBB.
