Filthy studio, impossible to book sessions since they only have one person in the city that you have to talk to. Machines are not maintained at all. The one star is because the teachers are actually good. Just poorly managed.
Best Pilates east of the canal or possibly anywhere in the world. The most knowledgeable and well-trained instructors that make every experience worth the time devoted. Group and individual instruction for surpasses expectations. Adam and his team accommodate every client with the utmost courtesy and respect. Book appointments early or join group classes as soon as you can.
Uptown Pilates in Sag Harbor is one of a kind. The studio is a renovated house in Sag; the ambiance is soothing and the machines are beautiful and kept in pristine condition. I've had a different instructor each time I've taken class, and each is more impressive than the next. You cannot have a bad or disappointing class here! I always walk out feeling so much better.
