Bob Steffens is a terrific plumber and incredibly helpful and focused on serving his customers. Our main water valve sprang a leak and flooded our basement. Suffolk County Water shut off the water and our customary plumber was unable and unwilling to fix the problem. Never having used him before we called Bob at 5pm on Saturday night. He was here by 5:45pm and the valve was fixed and water restored by 6:45pm. His charge was very modest. This is the plumber you want to use. We were so impressed.
We had plumbers come and go and unable to solve the problems we were having. Here comes Bob Steffens and he listened thoughtfully to our complaints and was not just able to solve the problems, but actually increased the quality of our home experiences. He is up to date on all the cutting edge equipment like Toto Toilets. We would recommend Bob and his team for all of your plumbing needs. Stay Safe!!
OMG yesterday, thanksgiving we were just leaving the house one of our pipes in the bathroom burst, it immediately flooded the bathroom. We turned off the water and today Friday I contacted RMSTEFFENS plumbing. He immediately responded and it was fixed. This is not the first time Robert, the owner has helped us out in an emergency! Thank you!
