His office is run with the patient experience in mind, with a comfortable setting and timely appointments. His cosmetic patients trust him for his non-pushy approach and his conservative use of carefully chosen products that leave his patients looking and feeling refreshed and not over-done. He regularly volunteers his expertise at Bellevue Hospital where he teaches medical students and dermatology residents as an Assistant Clinical Professor.

My skin has not been this clear in years. Dr. Halsey has effectively treated my eczema, when no other dermatologist I saw was able to offer a solution.
Dr. Halsey is great at presenting a recommended course of treatment. He is patient and answers questions thoughtfully.
His office team is efficient and kind, and handles questions (including insurance issues) with professionalism. In terms of scheduling, there was a bit of a wait to see him for the first appointment, however I am now able to see him as needed.
I’m relieved to have such a knowledgeable dermatologist in the area.

Dr. Halsey and his staff provide a flawless environment for dermatological care. The space is immaculate. They always work on time. The generous nature and professionalism of his staff is unmatched. My daughter saw him for a bit of an emergency appointment and felt so well cared for. My husband and I then went for full body skin scans and were very happy. I went on to see him for laser treatments for sun damage and I’m so appreciative of his kindness and patience and willingness to see through on what I need. If you are looking for a new dermatologist, this is the one!
