“Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service ! Three mile Bay Fire Company was holding a wedding reception at our station Saturday, August 9th and suffered a clogged drain issue causing toilets to back up and rendered unusable. A call was placed to these folks, they immediately responded and stated they’d be there in 30 minutes and they were there in 25. They quickly went to work on the problem, found the issue, had the clog cleared and then gave us recommendations on how to prevent this sort of problem in the future. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, these people rate a 6!“

“My name is Kevin I live in Cleveland,Oh and I am trying to settle my late father inlaws estate 350 miles away in Watertown ,NY. I found out this past Friday that the gas had been shutoff to his house and with thefreezing temps coming we needed a remedy fast to keep from dealing with frozen waterlines. After national grid turned on the gas I called Jim's to start the furnace and service it. unfortunately the furnace was 35 plus years old and a rusty piece of junk beyond repair. Jim's was kind enough to squeeze us into their packed schedule on 24 hours notice to winterize the property to avoid any frozen lines and water damage. Which has given us time to order a new furnace at some point in the near future. Chris(boss), Steven(tech) and the women who runs the office. I apologize for not remembering her name were all very nice and professional. They took the time to explain my options to remedy the situation as fast as possible. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality professional service.“

“Quite literally the ONLY company who would answer the phone or get out here in a reasonable amount of time, he offered to come the same night but it was so late so I had him come the next morning. Repaired quickly and cheap, heating ran fine for a month and eventually my 50 year old boiler went out and Alfred worked with me to get it replaced within less than 48 hours, right before it was in the negatives. I did tons of research on prices and can confidently say I got a great deal on the installation of a brand new boiler. On my own with my toddler, and not being from this area, being in the negative temps with no heat could’ve been a scary situation but H&B really came through for us.
