My home away from home and one of my most favorite places in Rye! Pilates is a game changer in every way! Instructors are experienced and awesome, classes are small, private’s- can’t beat em! Love everything about this place!!

Great location right in the town of Rye, NY.Love the challenge, beautiful studio and the awesome instructors. Have done pilates on the west coast and this studio is just as excellent.thanks for working and strengthening me. My glutes are loving you!

Love this place. Pilates is a tricky sport as it actually becomes harder as you progress. Those new to fitness will feel the burn after your first class but for more athletic people, it takes a while to find proper alignment and really engage those muscles. You know you found it when your thighs start crying. Everyone who works there has been super nice and all have a good sense of humor. They are very helpful, good at observing detail and nobody's mean if you can't do the pose 100%. The clientele have a sense of camaraderie, rather than competition. Great studio.
