If it were possible to rate 0 stars, that would be better. This accountant is incredibly rude, judgmental and virtually unavailable for any questions throughout the tax year. Over 6 months of requests to speak about implications of changes in financial circumstance to be prepared for any liabilities before time to file the tax returns are always and completely ignored; regardless of offering to pay an additional fee, and despite having been a customer for 3 tax seasons. Then had the audacity to become enraged and extremely nasty after being calmly and reasonably questioned why an exorbitant liability was owed for that tax year.
