I found as a business they were not able to keep up with the work, short staffed and disorganized. As a sole proprietor I felt it was alot of work to keep on top of them to submit my taxes in a timely manner. I was provided several reasons including not enough staff and told I was 'on the list' of the next clients to get addressed. I also was dealing with several different people including the owner which compounded the problem. I incurred several thousands of dollars in penalties after unraveling everything and received no assistance from them.
