Incredible personnel. I have the great fortune to have Ms. Jacqueline “Jackie” Jackson as my Stylist. She is a consummate professional and well skilled. Jackie is an all around fabulous Representative for the Brand. Desirae’s explanation of my hair system options eased/answered any questions I had. Liz and Doreen are always ready to help with scheduling and any admin queries I may have. If you have the need I had, the Rye Brook, NY location is the answer.

I have been a HCM SINCE 1988, first in Queens then in Westchester at White Plains than Mamaroneck & finally here in RyeBrook. I have had 3 hair stylists in these establishments. My most current stylist is Jackie Johnson-Jackson & being her client for a good number of years, I can attest to her professionalism. She always has a smile on her face & is always responsive to any of my questions or concerns. Overall my experience with the HCM establishment has been more than satisfactory, the staff are welcoming.

I have been using HairClub of Rye Brook for 2 years now. I was very skeptical about wearing a hair piece .Well it’s 2 years and I am extremely impressed with The Entire office , so professional and always there for me !!Deserie my Primary stylist is Awesome and so talented.I am a very critical about things in general and to be honest , I have nothing but praises for Desiree.This entire journey so far has been great for me and it mostly has to do with the support of the amazing rye brook team!!Thank you Guys!!Bruce Jaffe
