I must add to this review after observing the most abysmal and entitled behavior from a client yesterday. I have been going to this salon since it opened and have only observed the most professional, talented and creative team devoted to their clients care. I know all of the work and extra time they put in to making this salon the best and to giving their clients 5 star service. To see someone try to retaliate against them and try to disparage them because she was late , beyond rude and didn’t have her ridiculous demands met is
unacceptable. She had no regard for the staff or the other clients - just herself- and I was actually embarrassed for her and felt so sorry for her daughter - Supercuts is calling.!!“
