I love this company. I have been working with them for about 1 year now. My direct point of contact, Kevin, has been so great! Anytime I need website updates or social media posts, he is very responsive. Recently we redesigned our website and Lesly made that process so smooth. She worked through all the details with me and made took care of everything so I didn't have to stress about it. I also needed an ad drawn up for retirement community's book. Even though this is not part of their normal work, Kevin helped me by appointing Savannah to draw something up. It was so perfect and they got it back to me so quickly!! I'm kicking myself for not reaching out to Doctors Internet sooner. Our antiquated website needed a reboot, and I relied on reviews--like the one I'm writing now--to choose Doctors Internet. They were a pleasure to work with start to finish. The design process was seamsless, and I was surprised how they brought to life exactly what I had in mind. I am so happy with our new website, as well as all its features (online payment and patient forms just to name a couple). I only wish I had called them sooner.
