I received a post card reminding me it is time to get the tank pumped (including the last date it was pumped) and as the new homeowner I was thankful to have a contact who'd come before. Sarah arrived within the projected window and provided kind, helpful service, going above and beyond what was expected. They pumped the septic and then helped to address an issue in the leach field after a very wet summer and more than 5" of rain just last week, providing peace of mind in what I feared would have been an expensive fix. I highly recommend Vern Vallance and am thankful for their help today!

Vern Vallance stopped by and found my cover, dug it out, and pumped it in 40 mins. Very friendly and efficient. They do my parents house as well. I highly recommend them! They seem very down to earth and like they have their customers best interest in mind.
