“I had Turnbull install a new heater last year before winter hit and it went without a hitch besides me coming up with the funds. Today, 6 months later their service tech just got done installing a new water heater since my exactly 10 year old one quit. He was extremely courteous and professional. The job was estimated for 2 to 3 hours and he was done in just over 90 minutes. I am extremely pleased with Turnbull heating and air and will most likely have them do further work when needed. “After calling and talking with the answering service Chuck called back within 10 mins and was over to our house within 30 mins. We had a problem with our furnace turning on but not igniting on one of the coldest nights of the year. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had our heat back on! “We've had Isaac's out 3 times. We live on the backside of nowhere, so it can be hard to find someone who will come promptly. All 3 times we've been very happy with the work. We have a tankless water heater/boiler combo and they have fixed it for us. We've also had a pipe burst and a spigot rot off the pipe. Gabrielle Patchet is very kind and helpful when you call in a plumbing emergency panic. Eric Rumsey was prompt, courteous, fixed our problem quickly, and didn't mind my husband leaning over his shoulder. We we ill definitely use Isaacs again.“
