I own a flower shop in South Florida and we sent an order to this shop on behalf of an elderly customer. He, unfortunately, had all the information wrong which led them to deliver to the wrong location. They were extremely professionally and picked the arrangement up and redelivered it to the correct address and made everyone extremely happy.
