Jamie The absolute Best!!! Our water heater broke and Jamie without hesitation on a Sunday came out to replace the unit. He also repaired our air conditioning unit. He is professional and very knowledgeable! Excellent service. I highly recommend him!!!!!
Our AC stopped working last night, I called first thing this morning and spoke with Samantha who hoped someone would be able to work us in their schedule today. She kept in touch with me all day. which was very assuring! Dave showed up around 4:30 and did a great job not only fixing the problem but explaining what had happened and how he fixed it. I always use Rotterdam Heating and Air as my father did before me. Great folks who care and do a great job! They are always there when you need them!
Jayme was right on time to Fix my Central AC he Knew right away what the problem was he is a very reliable person his work is beyond great very friendly i would recommend Jayme to anyone who wants a real great hard worker
