“We found out the hard way after buying our new home that it was infested with squirrels and mice. Not a good feeling. We hired Meerkat, and Mike and Chris spent the last two days working relentlessly at securing our home. They did an incredible job, and they got it done fast. Their work ethics are incredible! The guys dug a trench aroundthe entire perimeter of our home and secured a barrier that will keep out all of our unwanted squatters. It was a big job, very labor intensive, but they made it look easy and were always polite and professional. Chris and Mike not only secured our home, but the workmanship was second to none. They clearly have a ton of experience in both pest control as well as multiple forms of construction. So in addition to being effective at keeping pests out the job looks beautiful and was done thoughtfully. A third gentlemen, Mark, arrived and made sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. Literally every person I have communicated with from this company including the support staff who answer the phones (Caitlin is the one name I caught but they are all awesome) have been super friendly and 100% professional. We had a local business doing our pest control prior to calling Meerkat, and it was a disappointment. Collected $75 a month from us just to refill bait stations. He took no further action for us, and was not helping us at all. If that sounds like what you’re dealing with, definitely call Meetkat. Our home is uniquely built and presented some challenges but Tim, Jim and I’m pretty sure the entire Meerkat staff put their heads together to figure out solutions and got us taken care of. It’s clear that they very much care about their customers and want things done properly. Words can’t say how grateful I am to have called Meerkat. Thank you all!Update: Chris and Mike came to remove the traps and check to make sure the job was effective. It definitely solved our issue. Chris and Mike seemed genuinely happy that their efforts paid off. They take a lot of pride in their work as well they should! First class all the way. We needed some additional help with a separate issue, they let the office know and we were contacted that day to set up an appointment. They show up on time every time, and are organized. We have so much peace of mind having these guys in our corner.“
