Words can not express how grateful I am to have found this place. Wendy and her team are amazing humans inside and out. Mo is the best pilates instructor I have ever had... truly coming here has changed me! So thankful.
I planned my mother's milestone birthday celebration at Roslyn Salt Cave, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The communication during the planning process was exceptional, making everything so easy and stress-free. On the day of the event, the salt cave and restorative yoga was a highlight for all. Wendy and her team were fantastic and supportive to make sure we had the right teacher and programming in place. The serene environment of the salt cave added to the overall positive experience. This place was so cool and relaxing! It was my second time here and the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and made sure I knew where to go. The yoga class was in a salt cave that was so beautiful. I actually hate Sun salutations haha so I really liked that the class was a lot of stretching and the instructor even made sure you were doing it correctly. The water fountain in the room was so pretty and they had tea for you when you left. There are also a lot of items for sale outside, but not in a pushy way. Parking is a little tricky but there's this back parking lot hidden behind the boxing place. Plus it's close to a gorgeous park with lots of pond
