I have dealt with one of the worse real estate broker from this establishment, her name is Myong Suk Paugh our communication was terrible. I reached out to her two weeks ago inquiring in the apartment in Rosedale. She did not even remember who I was. I had to always remind her who she was talking to. She text me. She called me and didn’t act like she didn’t know who she was talking to. Excellent and professional agent. I bought a house through her a few months ago. She was always available when I needed her. She contacted the sellers immediately if I had a question. Easy to work with and you feel like you are working with your best friend. She puts her customers interests first and offers expert advice guidance. I would highly recommend her for buying or selling a house or commercial property

Keora Alfred was a terrible real estate agent. She secretly represented us (the buyers) and the (seller). She didn't even show up to the closing. Avoid doing business with Keora at all cost because she is deceitful, criminal and careless.
