It was easy to incorporate a Osteostrong session into my weekly routine. Osteostrong was part of a multi pronged approach I have taken to combat my new osteoporosis diagnosis. The staff is friendly and helpful.
My primary Osteostrong location is in Florida. This summer I traveled to Long Island so looked for a location there to continue my weekly Osteostrong session. With 3 Osteostrong locations to choose from I chose the location in Roslyn because I read that Julie, the owner, is a Doctor of Pharmacy as well as a Functional Medicine Specialist. Each session, I had questions and she provided a wealth of information about REMS technology, nutrition, supplements, bone anatomy and the bone strengthening machines. OsteoStrong is an incredible solution for boneless. It is an exciting program with immediate results. It is the only solution of its kind that promotes healthy bone growth and bone strength at the most rapid increase possible. I feel balanced, my bones are mending at a decelerated rate. You see on your own computer program the immediate results. The staff is caring and encouraging. The exercise routine is exhilarating.
