The entire process from beginning to end was seamless and efficient, while Rocco and I kept in close communication on a daily basis. “I hired Fine Touch Contracting during a very difficult time in my life. I had time restrained and I was assured by Jamie and Angelo that they could meet my deadline. I reached out to Vinnie from Ammel construction to do a big exterior renovation and it was the best decision we ever made. They did new roofing, siding, new front windows, a new stone porch and built out a portico for us. I cannot emphasize how amazing it was to work with these guys. Vinnie was responsive, flexible, had so many great ideas and honest opinions that helped guide our decisions. The results speak for themselves! The quality of the work is unmatched and still complimented regularly by visiting family and neighbors passing by.I also have to recognize how phenomenal the Ammel team is. EVERY single worker, contractor, whoever was brought into or around our home to do a job was so polite, friendly and respectful. Multiple neighbors have commented on the fact that the team always showed up on time, everyday, was working by the time the clock hit 8 AM and continued to work hard ALL day. Also, I expected to live in a war zone during construction but they were SO clean and made a massive effort to minimize any hazards my 18 month old could have stumbled upon at that time. They are all masters of their craft and I'm so thankful that a team like this exists.Vinnie was always planning ahead, managing the next steps of the project to keep things moving and being proactive with the town in terms of permits and requirements. We never fell behind and thats such a rarity. So many unforeseen things can happen during construction, but I really feel that their proactivity and diligence on our project kept us on track and gave us a beautiful home.
