Since joining solidcore over a year and a half ago, I have seen changes in my body I have never achieved from any other workout. I feel so strong and confident and I am so beyond grateful for my solidcore family especially Brittany, Blaise, Mary, Kasey, Emily, April, Sara, Janine, Maria and Gail who pushed and encouraged me beyond what I thought I could ever achieve. If you asked me a year and a half ago to hold a plank I would literally laugh in your face. Now I'm doing 'cirus tricks' on sweatlana and feeling so damn strong showing up to class day in day out. Thank you all so much.

My newest obsession - pilates. I understand the hype, I live by the craze and my body is so damn sexy, I may even upload some pics here! These workout are awesome and the space itself is fantastic and pretty clean. Theres many instructors to choose from and parking is normally decent. I do wish they had a second classroom for more classes but im not sure that's feasible in that space. The spots are taken up very quickly. Overall 10/10 love coming here!

I just took my first solidcore class a couple weeks ago, and I'm absolutely obsessed. I tried lagree a few months ago when I was visiting a different state and I loved it, so I've been wanting to try out this place too. I've tried so many fitness classes in the past (I currently have pilates and cycle memberships), but this is by FAR the most challenging class I've ever taken. It literally works out every part of your body and gives you an insane burn that you'll be feeling over the next couple of days. Call me crazy, but I love feeling sore after a workout because I know my muscles are getting stronger. They also blast music the entire time, which makes the workout even more fun. I can't recommend this place enough. Not only will you see the difference physically and mentally, but you'll have a great time working out!
